I wanted to share a quick note to let you know what a top-notch job Heather Luklanchuk did when selling my father’s home. Since I resided from outside the area, I was referred to her by a local business woman. Heather accommodated my narrow time-frame as I was only in the area for a few days. Her advice on how to ready the home for listing was invaluable. She analyzed local property sales to competitively price my home, which lead to a full-price offer in only forty-eight hours! In conjunction with her business skills, she was caring and understanding, recognizing my father had recently passed away. I want to convey my great appreciation in having Jeffrey Davis as my REALTOR® selling my house. He did all the footwork from hiring a photographer to re-doing the summary and the comp sheets. At times, when I was getting frustrated the closings were delayed, he kept my spirits high and told me to look at the big picture. Another REALTOR® from another company only cared about the sale for she only copied an incorrect summary sheet and was not agreeable with my decisions and wanted to sell at a much lower price. Our house hunt began without us knowing if we even wanted to move. We were looking at the pros and cons of adding on to our existing home (which we loved) or buying a bigger house. Dana DeLeo came highly recommended from a family member. Knowing our situation, he came to our house for a sit down. He looked at the pros and cons with us without applying any pressure. In fact, he asked “Have you thought of…” in regard to finding more space in our home on several occasions. He knew we didn’t really want to move and was happy to brainstorm a way for us to stay. Ultimately, the construction estimates were the deciding factor. Dana helped us get our house on the market, while holding our hands. He wouldn’t let us make any final decisions if one of us seemed unsure. When we found a house in our price range that we thought would work, he didn’t jump on the chance for a quick commission. He pointed out potential problems and explained why he thought the house was over priced. He helped us determine an offer and all of the contingencies that went with it. Dana was in constant contact with the other agents, so we were on top of everything. The added stress of needing to close on both properties, on the same day, was made easier with all of the top notch professionals that he coordinated on our behalf. He was always available by text or call and made sure we had all the information he had. In the end, we just needed to show up!
Took away all the stress of the buying experience. She was very informative, very truthful – told me the truth the whole time about what was going on in the process. She really cares about the person, not about the money. Thank you Christina!
