Through this process we gain better insight into a homebuyer’s goals in their search for houses for sale or investment property. This consultation serves as a springboard for both you and the agent. It places you on the right path toward choosing a home to fit your lifestyle and a suitable neighborhood for you (and your family).

We work hard for our buyer-clients and hope they would honor the time we dedicate to them. A buyer’s business relationship agreement is signed with buyer-clients in order to protect them, while ensuring fairness to our agents. As buyer’s agents, we typically don’t work for customers who are utilizing the services of multiple agents simultaneously. It’s not fair to our REALTORS® nor the other cooperating agents.
