Sable’s background is in the food industry, where she’s been waitressing for the past six years. Believe it or not, successful waitstaff know a thing or two about being successful in real estate. Sable has a proficiency predicated on strong interpersonal skills. Waitressing has allowed her to develop a knack for providing great customer service, the ability to communicate and negotiate well, not to mention an aptitude for problem solving. Both in the food industry as well as real estate, reading customers is something she takes great pride in. She makes people feel welcome. Sable has an ability to work well under pressure. She has the capacity to maintain her composure within fast-paced settings, which exist both at restaurants as well as real estate transactions. Moreover, she’s learned valuable lessons with time management, enabling her to be there for her clients when they need her most. Sable was born and raised in Tunkhannock. She has a love for our region and enjoys sharing that with buyers and sellers as they take a step forward on their life’s journey. Over the years it was her appreciation for interior design that sparked her interest in real estate. Moreover, her and her mother’s pursuit in homeownership, gave Sable the realization that she could incorporate her passion for design with the nuances of real estate. Her new joy is now found in helping families obtain their dream home or aiding them so they could plan to sell or move on from the home where so many memories were forged.
