My family and I had the chance to do a bit of traveling this past weekend into the New England area. We observed variations along the way. First, we noticed that there is a high inventory of property available wherever we went. Next, we noticed that gas prices were very high. We also noticed that there were not a lot of people…anywhere! On a day-to-day basis we’ll get plenty of calls, emails, Facebook postings, direct messages in Twitter, and more regarding what is the hot item right now in commercial real estate. It is hard to believe that Spring is on its way out and the Summer Solstice is this Wednesday, June 20. Time sure does fly when you are having fun! Our commercial team was very busy this season.
